Monicont is a software company providing digitization services to car rental companies. To eliminate the paper burden associated with car rental forms that must be stored for two years by law and to offer end-to-end services, it was crucial for Monicont to digitize their signature processes. It was important that the digital signature system used was secure, legally valid, and operated smoothly. As Monicont grew and the number of car rental companies it served increased, their existing signature provider began experiencing issues, prompting a search for a new solution.
Solution
Techsign DOC was integrated into Monicont’s Car Rental Automation System via APIs. This system digitally records all necessary information, including renter details, vehicle photos, damage status, and other required data. With Techsign DOC, both the renter and the rental company representative sign the digital form on a tablet, creating a fully paperless process.
Need for Digitization
Monicont services over 400 car rental companies, with more than 2,000 signatures required daily. The cost of printing and storing these documents, averaging five pages each, is significant, not to mention the environmental impact. During national holidays, the number of signatures can exceed 4,000. Processing these documents takes about 35 minutes on paper, compared to just 20 minutes digitally.

Paket Taxi is a company providing courier services with motorcycle couriers. The company employs temporary workers periodically and needs to sign a large number of contracts. These documents are quite lengthy and result in significant paper usage. The biggest problem with paper is storage. Storing these documents in a way that prevents damage is extremely costly and locating specific documents when needed can be cumbersome.
Solution
Paket Taxi integrated Techsign DOC into their contract management system via APIs. They created a template within the system and started sending this template to couriers, making necessary name and date adjustments. The only task for the courier is to click the link sent to their mobile phone and sign the contract with a fingertip. Paket Taxi receives automatic notifications when the contract is signed, which are stored in Techsign DOC and archived for easy access when needed.

Ford OTOSAN services thousands of vehicles daily at its service centers. In various scenarios, such as vehicle handover to service representatives, service approval, and vehicle return to customers, both the representative and the customer need to sign multiple forms. Each vehicle service requires at least two, sometimes seven or eight, different forms to be signed. This results in significant paper usage, reducing operational efficiency. Besides printing costs, this also incurs heavy archiving and storage expenses.
Solution
Ford OTOSAN integrated Techsign DOC with its form generation system using Android SDKs. This allows the forms prepared in their system to be transferred to tablets, where customers can sign them in person. The signed documents are encrypted and stored in the desired system, making them easily accessible when needed.

Hiwell is an online therapy platform. The company’s contract processes, which involve working with over 1,200 expert psychologists, were extremely cumbersome and inefficient. Contracts were sent to the experts, who were expected to print them out, sign them, and mail them back to the company. As the company expanded outside of Turkey, this issue became even more problematic. Sending physical mail internationally was both slow and costly, creating a significant obstacle for Hiwell, a company that wanted to grow rapidly.
Solution
After discussions with Hiwell, Techsign thoroughly understood their needs. A corporate package was created that suited their monthly signing volume, enabling Hiwell to send contracts to experts through the platform, thereby creating much more efficient business processes.
